At Bidvest Insurance we strive to deliver the very best experience to all of our policyholders, which is why as of 1 November 2021, Bidvest Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd will be the new administrator of your plan with us.

There is nothing that you need to do, but as a courtesy we would like to inform you of the following:

What does this mean for you?

There is no change to your plan and all of your benefits remain the same.
You will still be able to reach us using the same phone number, 0861 272 777, for any queries.

The current administrator, IUA Business Solutions, will continue to manage and finalise all claims received before 1 November 2021
You will need to contact IUA with any queries related to claims registered before 1 November 2021.
After 1 November 2021, all new claims and administration queries will be processed by Bidvest Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd.
